Brookshire Grocery Company is committed to being an active partner in the communities where we operate our stores. That commitment is brought to life through the Brookshire Communities Foundation which helps direct our charitable efforts across all Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, FRESH by Brookshire’s, Spring Market, Reasor’s and FRESH by Reasor’s locations.

To request support from Brookshire Grocery Company and the Brookshire Communities Foundation, please click the link below to create an account or sign in to your existing account for the following types of requests:

  1. A Big Grocery Cart community appearance
  2. A corporate donation or sponsorship through our Giving Back program
  3. Consideration as a donation recipient for the next FRESH 15 Race

*Please keep in mind that we are only able to support an organization once annually. Organizations are NOT eligible to receive support from both the Giving Back program and FRESH 15.

 

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a donation or sponsorship through the Brookshire Communities Foundation, your organization must:

  • Operate within our market area
  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, a governmental entity (such as a city or county), or a school district
  • Have a mission that supports one of the Brookshire Grocery Company and Brookshire Communities Foundation six core focus areas:
    • Hunger Relief
    • Education
    • Health and/or Wellness
    • Child & Family Wellbeing – Civic Organizations
    • Veteran or Military Services
    • First Responders
  • Align with Brookshire Grocery Company’s mission and business model
  • Clearly demonstrate how a partnership with Brookshire Communities Foundation would be mutually beneficial

 

Advertising Requests:
If your request is solely for the purchase of an advertisement or you represent a sports team seeking sponsorship that includes field signage, banners or jersey recognition, you do not need to complete this application. Instead, please contact our Marketing Team directly at AdRequest@brookshires.com. 

 

Please Note:

Unfortunately, the Brookshire Communities Foundation is unable to provide support for the following:

  • Requests from or for individuals
  • Political campaigns, candidates or causes
  • Employee recognition programs/events
  • Requests outside of our company’s trade area
  • Church events or congregations, except for food pantries that provide direct community benefit
